A CHAMPIONS YEAR OF GROWTH, COMMUNITY, AND RECOGNITION

I’m still pinching myself! I’ve been voted Adobe Marketo Champion Rookie of the Year and selected as a 2024-2025 Adobe Marketo Champion for the second year in a row. It’s been an absolutely incredible journey, filled with learning,growth, and amazing connections within the Marketo and Marketing Operations communities.

My year as a Marketo Champion began at the Forum in San Jose. I was surrounded by talented and passionate individuals, sharing tips, discussing new features, and having a blast (even if I was politely asked to leave the karaoke room due to my questionable singing abilities).

The Adobe Summit in Vegas was another highlight. I had the opportunity to connect with more champions, learn from industry experts, and help others at the Peer-to-Peer Connections. I brought back a ton of ideas to my team at MSA – The Safety Company to improve our efficiency and maximise Marketo.

Throughout the year, I’ve been fortunate to present at Marketo Champion Office Hours, Deep Dives, and MUG groups. Stepping outside my comfort zone, I’ve also spoken at industry events like AntiCon in London and the upcoming Mops-Apalooza with a panel of badass women in tech.

Being part of this incredible community has been transformative. The support, knowledge-sharing, and camaraderie are invaluable. I’ve given back by mentoring for Marketo exams, serving as a Community Nation Advisor, and co-leading the Irish MUG with Charlie and Laura.

A huge shoutout to the EMEA Champions in Class of 2023-24 for bringing the Mega MUG theme to the London mug.

I’m so excited to continue my journey as a Marketo Champion, collaborating with this amazing community, and helping to drive innovation in marketing operations.
