EMEA MOPS diary by Zoe Forman

Day to day roles, tasks, challenges managing multiple languages as a Marketing Operations Manager

Top Ten Roles of a MOPS Manager

what do you do? family, friends and colleagues HAVE OFTEN askED.
i used to say jokingly that i faff on facebook and fill up your inbox.

in fact the role in marketing operations is much more complex, ever changing and evolving often day by day.

I love the fact that no two days are the same, the challenges ARE VARIED BUT finding solutions are rewarding.

Like fingerprints no two martech stacks are the exactly the same, while the MAP and CRM at the heart may be the same how these are used, additional connections and integrations, regional and brand differences all give unique architecture and user experiences.

TOOLS, CONNECTIONS AND TECHNOLOGY ARE DEVELOPING AT PACE. THE CONSTANT IS THE PEOPLE, WHO PROVIDE STABILITY, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, INSIGHT, EXPERTISE AND ORGANISE THE CHAOS TO MANAGE LEADS, DATABASES, FLOW STEPS, REPORTS, TRACKING ENGAGEMENTS AND ACTIONS WHILE ENSURING COMPLIANCE AND CONSENT (GDPR).
